How to Use
- Peel off the transparent film.
- Place the patch(es) where needed.
- Active ingredients and moisture can be provided for up to 8 hours.
- Leave the patch(es) on for at least 6 hours for active ingredients to be absorbed enough
- For better adhesives and absorption of the ingredients, please use mesh stocking(s).

I am a barista who stand for a long time at work.
Sometime i got alot of swollen on both leg. So i tried this stuff on my legs during sleep time. It really help for my swelloen legs after 8 hours sleep. Its easy to use it. I like it.

I purchased this item for my husband. He is a chef and standing in the kitchen all day long. He could not sleep well due to the pain on his swollen legs so giving him a massage was my task every night. I put the hydrogel patch on his legs before he slept. The next morning, he was so energetic and felt much better. He asked me to buy more :) I could see his legs become thinner. I would recommend others as well.
These do cool and make my legs feel good. The scent is nice if you like lavender. I put them on at bedtime and they stayed on until morning. I found them easy to use and apply. Also, easy to remove in the morning.
I can't say for sure that they remove swelling but I can say that they are soothing and relaxing all while smelling nice.
